PTFE PACKING:

PURE PTFE FIBER BRAIDED PACKING
Pure PTFE fiber braided packing is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat-resisting agents. It is recommended for chemical engineering, food-stuff, Pharmaceutics where contamination is not allowed. Also it can be applied to seal all chemicals except molten alkali metals.

Pure PTFE fiber braided packing with oil
Pure PTFE fiber braided packing with oil is braided from PTFE yarn with special lubricant treatment. So it has low friction, and suitable for seal pumps. Therefore The Pure PTFE fiber braided packing generally not recommended to use in high-speed pumps.

PTFE GRAPHITE FIBER BRAIDED PACKING
PTFE graphite fiber braided packing consists of PTFE yarn containing graphite particles. It has great tear strength and high thermal, low coefficient of friction also makes it stability and long service. Recommended for sealing pump shafts, and it is to seal water, steam, solvents for agitators, mixers, auto-claves and centrifugal pumps etc.

Sintered PTFE packing
Sintered PTFE Packing is made of sintered, highly stretched PTFE multifilament yarns with thoroughly PTFE impregnation. The packing is then re-impregnated with a mix of PTFE mix during plaiting operation. Good resistance to compression and to extrusion, high structural and cross-sectional density.
